King Data Services is an employee-owned, full service records management and storage company that has been providing outstanding and successful off-site services for more than 50 years. We employ stringent auditing procedures, bar-code technology, and house your valuable documents in a military-approved facility to ensure your records are meticulously managed, easily accessible and safely stored.
Our employees are our most valuable asset, and many of them have been with us a decade or longer. Regardless of their length of service, each team member shares our commitment to excellent services and preserving the integrity of your documents. All employees sign confidentiality statements that are required by government and federal regulations, acknowledge and understand the responsibilities they have in the confidential, expedient and secure manner in which they are required to administer your documents.
