  • Inventory Categorization: Our process creates an accurate inventory of records, using alpha, numeric, and/or date range information. We can also detail inventories, invoicing, activity, and destruction reports by cost centers.
  • Inventory Indexing: For maximum accessibility, we offer the elective service of complete contents listing for each box. We can provide you with the same type of detail as we do for box inventory categorization.

Audit Services

To assist you with your internal and external audit needs, we provide conference rooms to work in, space for your records center, and copiers. We can also provide you with additional support staff to assist you with other related activities from copying to repacking your documents. This service can be itemized and billed separately.

Subpoena and Insurance Copy Service Administration

With your prior written authorization, we will provide the documents you release for subpoena or copy to outside agents working on your behalf. If needed, we will also provide staff to witness the copy or audit of the file you have requested.

Invoicing Services

We offer detailed and customized invoicing according to client requirements, whether you need services separated by department, cost center or geographic location.

Purging

Important to your record management program is the recurring chore of purging. Our trained information specialists will tackle this project, including sorting, packing, destruction and storage, in our office as well as at our record center.

Bar Code Tracking

We use a computerized, triple-audit bar code system to monitor the journey of a file or box. This sophisticated system allows us to track the location of your records throughout their life-cycle, so when you ask for a document, we can respond quickly.
