Security Procedures
From start-to-finish, we adhere to stringent security procedures to protect the confidentiality and safety of your documents. A King Data employee – not an outsourced contractor – will pick-up and deliver your records to our secure facility for storage. We then meticulously label and track your vital documents using advanced bar code technology, so we know where your records are at any given moment.
Facility Security
We take several precautions to ensure the safety and security of our military approved facilities, and your valuable property. These measures include advanced security systems that are monitored round-the-clock, 24-hour taped, multi-camera surveillance, and regular security patrols. As an added level of protection, we tightly control building access, and our parking lots are fenced, gated, and well-lit. Our smoke-free buildings are Title 22 compliant, which means that no hazardous chemicals are stored on site. Our facilities also feature an OSHA-approved fire suppression system and seismic bracing to further ensure the safety of your records.
