From the time a King Data employee – not an outsourced contractor – picks-up your documents to the moment they’re returned to you or properly disposed of, you can rest assured your records are safe.
We use bar code technology to track your documents from the moment they first come into our possession and throughout their lifecycle with King. Each unique bar code is tracked in our dedicated records systems, which allows us to immediately locate your data and return your files to you when you want them. As an added safety precaution, we use a random filing process and store your documents on fire-proof steel racking systems. We also offer nationwide service, so we can easily and cost-effectively service your corporate headquarters and branch offices. As an added bonus, there are no extra charges for deliveries to multiple departments within your organization.
File and Box Management
We assign a unique bar code number to each and every document and box, so we know the whereabouts of records at all times. We’ll even categorize information according to your specific requirements, ensuring visibility and accessibility to your records any time, all of the time. For example, we can organize your files alphabetically, numerically, by date ranges, and even by major or minor record categories. As an elective service we can create an item content listing for each box.
