We offer a wide range of services including liquidating or disposing of your unnecessary assets, removing old cabling, and even broom cleaning your vacated facility.

Our Resources

Decommissioning Resources

Our trained and skilled decommissioning teams are scalable to each project in order to ensure that you leave your facility in the proper condition in the agreed upon timeframe. A King decommissioning project manager will keep you informed, supervise the process, and make certain the work is done to your satisfaction.

Decommissioning Process

Decommissioning Process

As is the case with every project we undertake, the first step in the decommissioning process is a pre-project planning initiative. This includes interviewing various members of your team to determine your needs, and a site survey to inspect building conditions and create an inventory list of the items that need to be decommissioned. We then develop and process a “scope of work” statement, and provide you with recommendations and a budget analysis of the project. Once this is complete, we hold regular project meetings to ensure a smooth process from start-to-finish. This includes a final project manager and client walk-through, a recap of decommissioning services, and providing a post-service “punch list” before we deem the project complete.
