Technology Relocation Process

Before we start any technology relocation job, we sit down with you to determine your needs, conduct a comprehensive site survey, and then provide you with a budget analysis, scope-of-work document, and timeline for your move. During this entire process, we meet regularly with you to ensure a smooth transition. After your technology assets are disconnected and packed,, and once they have been relocated we hold a walk-through with your personnel to assure everything has been done to your satisfaction. This includes a thorough disconnect/reconnect review, testing and verifying connectivity in your new locations, developing an “issues and resolution” log, and taking care of any post-service final adjustments that are required.
